preparation and checking service for visas & immigration
appicaltions. We regret that we can not give telephone advice
to callers looking to make applications without using our
services or using another representative.

contact you to check on their advice?
If
you are unhappy with the services that your representative
is providing to you than you do have the right to terminate
their services and transfer your file to another company.
You also have a right to a copy your file. We are happy to
take on cases that have previously been dealt with by another
representative, please contact us with the details of source
case and we can advise whether we can help.
If
you have someone acting our behalf but you are not prepared
to transfer your file, than unfortunately we can not give
specific advice regarding your case or act for you while another
firm is also acting on your behalf.
How
long would it take to process my Case?
It
depends upon the complexity of the case, and how promptly
you provide us with the relevant information and documentation
we require from you. However we try our best to be predictable
about the time length after going through the case.
